On January 23, 2012, the Colorado Supreme Court announced its opinion in IRM Brandt. Firm attorneys Stanley Lipkin and Trish Cooper represented Respondent in the appeal and were successful in overturning the District Court’s order assuming jurisdiction to modify a Maryland custody order.
